5.0 out of 5 stars A Page Turner, August 2, 2013
A jealous vindictive wife, a beautiful magical vixen and the man who pulls their strings. the King of all Gods. A tale as old as time - the scorned wife finds a way to get even!!! Set in mythical times, Hera banishes her husband Zeus' mistress, Hercate to Agnostos. The only place on earth where Hercate has no magical power. She is trapped and makes a deal with Hera in order to get released. Will Hera double cross her or will the 'other woman' be punished for eternity?
An ancient twist on a romantic triangle. Relatable Mythology for everyone. Take a trip to Mount Olympus and read how the gods loved, fought and ruled the earth in long ago and far away.

This was a terrific read from page one. There aren't enough contemporary authors writing about the Greek myths in my opinion and Jennifer Paquette and Nicholas Perotti have written a winner with this. The concept of 'The Triangle of the Unknown' is a cool device and something we haven't seen before. The story works because it takes familiar characters and tropes and twists everything. The character of Hecate is especially well drawn. The plot unfolds nicely and builds to a satisfying climax. I found myself reading until late into the morning! Great stuff. Recommended.
